1. General Information:

The Seller is defined as Rendo.eu.

The Customer is an individual who has made a purchase on www.rendo.eu.

www.rendo.eu is designed for use by both individual consumers and businesses (businesses can request a separate trade offer).

By completing a purchase on www.rendo.eu, the Customer affirms that they have carefully read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by the subsequent terms and conditions.


2. Product Information:


The Seller retains the right to modify the offerings available on www.rendo.eu, encompassing both the products accessible and their associated prices. However, it's important to note that any alterations in prices will not impact orders that were submitted before the modification took place.

The pricing displayed for all items includes the Value Added Tax (VAT). Additionally, the delivery charge is outlined separately from the product cost.

Promotional offers are initiated solely at the discretion of the Seller and may be terminated at any given moment. It's crucial to underline that any modifications in prices will not have an effect on orders that were already placed before the price adjustment occurred.

A dedicated effort is exerted to ensure that the items furnished correspond as closely as conceivable to the swatches and images exhibited on our website. However, variations might emerge due to the distinctions between different screens or even the typical manufacturing deviations that arise between production batches.

3. Orders, Returns & Complaints

Orders will be accepted and processed exclusively upon the successful clearing of full payment for the goods into the Seller's account.

Due to the inherent characteristics of the products, the assurance of accommodating changes to placed orders cannot be guaranteed. Changes, if granted, are solely at the discretion of the Seller.


Refunds for Tailor-Made Goods:


Custom-made and made-to-measure items are eligible for a refund only in instances where the goods are found to be faulty or defective.


Order Dispatch and Delivery:


Orders are scheduled for dispatch within a period ranging from three to eight full working days starting from the date of payment. If, for any unforeseen reason, this timeframe becomes unfeasible to meet, the Seller will promptly notify the Customer. Subsequently, the Customer holds the right to decline the proposed new delivery date and opt to cancel the order.

The Seller bears no responsibility for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or any circumstances that lie beyond the Seller's control. In such situations, any potential compensation for the Customer is subject to the Seller's sole discretion.


Complaint Investigation and Resolution:


The Seller retains the right to undertake an investigation into any complaints received. The Customer will be informed of the findings resulting from this investigation within a span of 30 calendar days starting from the date of complaint submission.

Returns and Refunds:


To initiate a return of goods, the Customer is required to notify the Seller within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Further, the goods must be dispatched back to the Seller within an additional 14 calendar days. The Seller is not obligated to accept returns arriving after this stipulated period. The Product must be returned to us, at your expense, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. To clarify, all returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.

Please note that we will not issue a refund if returns are received without its original packaging, which includes the brown cardboard boxes they're shipped in, and the protective packaging around panels -witch is very important.


Once we have received the Product back, we will inspect the Product and on the proviso that it is undamaged and in a resalable condition, we will refund the purchase monies to you via the same method as the original purchase was made as soon as possible, but within 5 working days from receipt of the return of the Product. Depending on the Payment method, the funds will clear within 2-5 working days thereafter.


If the Product should arrive back damaged in transit, we will inform you accordingly. In this circumstance, no refund will be provided to you and we would recommend that you seek advice from the Courier in regard to possible compensation for the damaged.


To reiterate, no Bespoke Made to Order or Assembled to Order Product may be returned under any circumstances. If in doubt, please contact Customer Services on kontakt@rendo.eu prior to placement of Order.

4. Data Protection

The data belonging to the Customer is stored and processed in strict accordance with the provisions set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
